Founding Cohort · Begins July 25, 2026

Top ACT scores aren't luck. They're engineered.

A diagnostic-driven, cohort-based program — not a tutor. Built by Alan Meyer, who self-studied from a 22 to a 36, so your student doesn't have to be an outlier to score like one.

01The Stakes

Prep is expensive, lonely, and rarely connected to what it's actually for.

Most families pay by the hour for a tutor who reteaches the test, while the kid grinds through practice books alone with no system to tell them what to fix next.

The cost

Private tutoring runs hundreds of dollars a week with no guarantee the hours map to the score.

The grind

A motivated student studying solo has no diagnostic, no feedback loop, and no idea which weak area to attack first.

The money lever

A few points can move a student across scholarship thresholds — the ACT score is one of the highest-leverage numbers in the whole application.

The number on the page is tuition money. A higher score doesn't just open doors — it pays for them.

02Why Meyer Method

I hit a 36 with no help. So I built the help I never had.

I'm Alan Meyer. My first ACT was a 22 — no tutor, no course, just books, a lot of trial and error, and a system I built for myself one weak area at a time. Three years later I superscored a 36.

That climb earned National Merit and a full ride to the University of Tulsa, where I'm now finishing a triple major in mechanical engineering, economics, and applied mathematics. I treated the test like an engineering problem: measure, diagnose, drill, retest.

Here's the honest tension. I succeeded without support — but most students shouldn't have to be a self-directed outlier to make that jump. Meyer Method is the structured version of what I did alone, so the result is repeatable instead of rare.

03The Method

A system, not a session. The diagnostic-driven loop.

A tutor reteaches the test. Meyer Method runs a measurable feedback loop that gets sharper every week — group strategy paired with 1:1 drilling, inside a small cohort.

  1. 01

    Measure

Every student opens with a full-length baseline diagnostic — and a real test every single weekend after that.

    Next: Diagnose
  2. 02

    Diagnose

That data stream pinpoints exactly which question types and concepts are costing points, student by student.

    Next: Drill
  3. 03

    Drill

Group sessions teach section strategy; 1:1 sessions and targeted problem sets attack each student's specific weak areas.

    Next: Retest
  4. 04

    Retest

The next weekend's test confirms what moved and refreshes the data — the loop tightens week over week.

04What's Included

Everything in the cohort, spelled out.

8 weeks

Full program

A complete cohort timed to land on test day. A lighter 6-week track is available for non-STEM students who skip Science.

~2 hrs / wk

Live instruction

Roughly one hour of group strategy plus one hour of 1:1 drilling every week, personalized to your diagnostics.

~3 hrs / wk

Office hours

Open, ad-hoc access to Alan across the week for whatever you're stuck on.

Every weekend

A real test

A full-length or official section test each weekend keeps the data fresh and the feedback loop running.

≤ 10 students

Small cohort

Group sessions are capped so they stay interactive — never a lecture hall.

1:1

Diagnostic personalization

Your problem sets and review target your weak areas specifically, not a generic syllabus.

05The Founding Cohort

No graduates yet. That's exactly why now is the moment to join.

This is the first cohort, intentionally kept small. You're not buying a track record — you're getting Alan's direct attention at a founding price, before either is available at scale.

Founding price

The first cohort sets the floor. Founding families get terms that won't exist again.

Direct access to Alan

Every session, every office hour — taught by Alan Meyer himself, not a contractor.

Shape the program

A small pilot means your feedback directly informs how Meyer Method is built.

06FAQ

Questions, answered.

About 2 hours of live instruction (group strategy plus a 1:1 session), roughly 3 hours of optional office hours, independent assignments between sessions, and one practice test each weekend.
