Founding Cohort · Begins July 25, 2026

A top ACT score isn't a mystery. It's a method.

Alan Meyer spent years developing a playbook that took him from a 22 to a 36. Meyer Method distills his approach into an intensive eight-week program of strategy, diagnostics, and targeted review, so no hour of studying is wasted.

Alan's own ACT progression as a Missouri resident, and the four-year scholarship value each score would unlock, including the state's Bright Flight award. A 4.0 with a 22 already earns roughly $14k. A 36 earns the Perfect Score Scholarship, a full ride worth $100k+.

01The Stakes

A higher score doesn't just open doors. It pays for them.

For a lot of families, the ACT is the biggest lever they have left. GPA can't change much after junior year, and activities are locked in. The test is the one thing that can still move, and moving it changes two things at once: whether a school says yes, and how much that school pays them to come.

The money side is the part most people underestimate. Many schools have large awards that are automatic. No essay, no interview, no separate application. So crossing a single score threshold can be worth thousands of dollars a year.

02Why Meyer Method

The highest-return work I have ever done.

“Wait. So you're like a D1 athlete. Just the academic version.”

That was my friend Vincent, after I explained my scholarship to him. But the comparison sells it short. I ran almost every day for four years and by the end could barely make a D3 team, never mind get paid to run anywhere. I put a fraction of that same effort into test prep and got paid, literally, to go to school.

Most people never realize the leverage the ACT hands them, which is why I built Meyer Method. I made the climb from a 22 to a 36 through trial and error. An engineer's training has since let me turn that scrappy process of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and the official ACT book into a system I can teach. Now I want to take a small group up the same climb, without the years of guessing it cost me.

03The Method

The score, reverse-engineered.

An ACT score improves along three dimensions, and Meyer Method trains each: how to take the test, how to stay sharp, and what to study.

01

Strategy

How to take the test

School teaches the material, not the test: when to skip, how to eliminate fast, how to stop giving away points that should be easily banked. Every group session the whole cohort learns section-specific strategies that help protect every point earned.

02

Endurance

How to stay sharp

A high score isn't only about knowing the material. It's about applying it cleanly two hours in. That stamina is only built with repetition. Therefore, every week the cohort takes either a full section or a whole official test. That way by test day, it's just another Saturday.

03

Prioritized Review

What to study

Meyer Method uses a growing database that identifies the highest-value skills to teach a particular student. Every diagnostic question missed is traced to its skill, every skill is traced to its expected effect on the score. Assignments and tutor hours target the gaps costing the most points first.

04What's Included

Everything in the cohort, spelled out.

8 weeks

Virtual program

A complete cohort timed to land on test day. A lighter 6-week track is available for non-STEM students who skip Science.

1 hr / wk

Group session

Each week the whole cohort meets to develop test strategy, learn the test's anatomy, and work through questions that apply to the whole cohort.

1 hr / wk

Individual session

Each week's individual tutoring session is where diagnostics are reviewed, individualized practice is assigned, and priority topics are taught.

3 hrs / wk

Office hours

Dedicated times throughout the week where students can get quick answers to any question they have.

Every weekend

A real test

A full-length or official section test each weekend keeps the data fresh and the feedback loop running.

≤ 10 students

Small cohort

Each cohort is capped to give time to develop curriculums for each individual and so group sessions can stay interactive.

05The Founding Cohort

First cohort. Best terms it'll ever have.

Meyer Method only has one graduate to date: Alan himself. That's why this first cohort gets the most attention and the lowest price it ever will. Its results become the case study for every cohort after.

Price

$650 for the full 8-week program, the lowest this program will ever cost. Payment plans available.

Guarantee

The terms are plain: show up, do the work, take every test. If a student's composite doesn't rise above their week-0 diagnostic, the next cohort is free.

Influence

This pilot is small enough that feedback dynamically shapes what Meyer Method becomes.
